不断的有人问我，为什么从2006年10月开始就不参加中国爱猫者（CCF）的猫展？是不是因为我自己办了猫会，就不捧别人的场？是不是中国国际爱猫俱乐部（CICC）与CCF不和？是否……很多很多这类的问题，从2006年10月开始，到现在，总是有人会来问我。我作为梦幻猫苑的主人，中国国际爱猫俱乐部的秘书长，本不想将这件事公布于众，希望这件事情能向好的方向发展，却不料越走越偏，找我和猫会成员问问题的人越来越多，各种说法漫天飞，而听起来，我，梦幻猫苑，CICC倒像是理亏的，看来，猫圈还是一贯的如此，有了事情，所有的相关的和不相关的人就到处地打听，挖掘，杜撰，然后开始大肆传播，到最后，竟发展为黑的变白的，假的变真的。因此，我就将这件事的资料公布，满足所有人的好奇心，在此处，我将邮件中的相关人名均改为拼音缩写。
一、2006年6月21日 CICC获得CFA批准，正式成为位于中国北京的又一家CFA俱乐部，就是俗称的“猫会”，CICC很快公布了即将在2006年9月16-17日举办CICC第一届猫展，这也是中国大陆地区第一次举办四个赛环的CFA赛制的猫展。
二、2006年7月7日 CCF会长给我和CICC副会长同时发了一封邮件，内容如下：
xzx，yl，你们好！
首先我代表CCF祝贺你们成立新的猫会, 很高兴CFA大家庭多了一员!
但是我同样代表CCF委员会转达以下看法：
1） 未与CCF及时沟通
二位作为CCF的成员,申请新会没有和CCF通告,而决定举办猫展也没有让CCF知道。包括
你们从11月的猫展提前到9月也没有和CCF告知一声。在yl给我电话前我还是通过其他
人告诉我的,而那时你们都已经决定更改猫展日期并已经在筹划具体事情了。对此我们
十分遗憾。
2） 影响了CCF的正常猫展
你们既然是CCF的成员,应该尊重CCF的委员会,也应该维护CCF的利益。不知你们有无考
虑过你们提前CCF一个月办猫展对CCF的猫展有无影响? CCF委员会认为, 首先是在时间
上和我们猫展很接近, 影响了CCF在今年1月份就已经确定的猫展。另外,资源是限的,猫
主,媒体,裁判等,有些猫主可能在这么接近的时间而只选择参加一个比赛.还有,是否会
出现我们已经请好了的裁判在9月猫展时也受你们邀请而提前来了?这样对10月CCF的猫
展是否会有影响呢? 还有很多猫主开始没有分清是怎么回事,甚至有人也在问我是否CCF
的猫展提前了? 总之你们当前的安排对CCF正常的猫展造成了非常不利的影响。
3） 其他有损CCF的行为
有委员向委员会反映你们鼓动其脱离CCF而加入新协会，这种举动绝不应该是一个
CCF会员应该做的。将正处于发展初期还很不成熟的CCF分裂成几个新的协会决不会促进
CFA在中国的发展。
4）宣传令人误解
有的宣传词语模糊不清，给人以误解。比如你们在宣传推广记分员培训时网上刊登是
--"这次我们依然请来了B.Z."这样很容易让大家产生误解,这件事我也给yl打电话表
示了我们的看法.
为了保证CCF定于10月份的猫展顺利进行，为了协会间的真诚合作并最终推动CFA在中国
的发扬光大，CCF建议你们考虑重新选择展会日期，避开CCF10月展会前至少2个月
以上。期盼你们在本周日7月10日前给予回复。

三、我在同一天回复了该邮件，内容如下：
yxm，你好
首先感谢你及CCF对我们的协会成立的祝贺。
对于你在信中提到的几点看法，我依次回复如下：
你所谈到的1）和2）
在这里，我先引用3条CFA官方规则（包括比赛规则及CFA宪章）中的内容来解释CICC的做法：
（1）CFA官方宪章不限制或禁止某俱乐部的会员自己单独申请成立新的俱乐部（我认为直接翻译CLUB为俱乐部要比xx分会，xx协会更为准确）。yl和我（xzx）作为CCF的普通会员，我们均不认为另行申请新的俱乐部需要向其他俱乐部包括我们作为普通会员所属的俱乐部CCF进行通报。
（2）另外，CFA官方宪章在接受新的俱乐部申请的时候，都会发邮件通知新俱乐部所在区域的其他俱乐部的会长及秘书长知晓，以确定其他俱乐部是否认为新申请的这家俱乐部会影响自己俱乐部的正常运行，而考虑是否会批准新俱乐部的申请。因为有这样的程序，我们不认为这个消息需要我们私下进行传播。
（3）CFA是一个大家庭，在全球的很多国家有很多个俱乐部存在着，CFA官方为了避免各俱乐部之间在举办猫展时间上的冲突，CFA比赛规则明确规定在相距1000公里内的两家俱乐部不允许在同一个周末分别举行各自的猫展。在这一点上，CICC并没有违规。
我们一直以来都没有要在2006年11月举行猫展的计划（因为在2006年1月CCF猫展中我们听到的信息是CCF将会在2006年11月举办第5次猫展）。因此在最初，我们预想是在2006年12月举行我们的第一次猫展，但由于圣诞节期间裁判的日程比较满，并且来往机票费用也相对较高，同时我们考虑到了已经宣布的上海CFA俱乐部10月的猫展，以及我们在2006年1月所听到的CCF将于2006年11月举办猫展的信息，因此我们只能在准备时间充足的前提下，不得已将猫展的时间定在了2006年9月16-17日。而我们一致认为，这样的做法已经充分地考虑了各兄弟俱乐部的猫展计划，完全做到了不影响各兄弟俱乐部。至于CCF是否即将在10月举办猫展，由于贵俱乐部没有在任何公开场合或媒体包括CFA官方网站宣布过任何猫展日程计划，我们自然也就无从得知。
对于你在信中所提及的裁判重复邀请的问题，我们感到很迷茫。因为我们所有的工作都是公开的，邀请到了裁判后就公布在CICC网站中，而至今我们也不曾看到或知道CCF即将在10月猫展要请几位裁判以及具体是哪几位裁判的任何信息与资料。我们不明白你所说的“是否出现CCF已经邀请好的裁判”是什么意思。退一万步讲，即使我们所邀请的裁判真的与贵俱乐部相同，也丝毫不违反CFA的相关规定。
至于有些猫主误认为我们的比赛是CCF把原定的比赛提前了，我想，这属于这些猫主的个人理解能力问题，不应由我们负责。
对于所提及的CICC的猫展安排对CCF的猫展造成了非常不利的影响，我们认为这是非常狭隘的观点。你所谈及的所谓资源，在世界任何角落都是一样的，美国、日本的CFA比赛几乎每周都有，正是这样频繁的比赛才推动了CFA的猫只及CFA的赛制越来越受到世界范围内的爱猫者的广泛推崇，这，也正是作为一家隶属于CFA的俱乐部所应该做的事。如果认为两次猫展离的时间较近就会导致所谓的资源紧张和互相影响，我们认为这只能解释为自信心不足。
你所谈到的3）
对于这一点，暂且不考虑是贵俱乐部的哪一位委员提出这样的言论，也暂且不考虑他（她）所发表的言论是否属实，总之，我们CICC过去从来没有，将来也绝不会有这样分裂其他兄弟俱乐部的行为发生。
你所谈到的4）
对于这一点，我为我们网站上的文字的不准确描述而给猫主及其他人造成的误解表示道歉。我们也已经在收到你的提醒后对该问题及时进行了修改。
此外，我们同时也听取了你及你代表的CCF所提出的不希望CICC在CCF举办过猫展的北京金源举办CICC的猫展的要求，而没有计划在金源举行CICC的第一次猫展。相信在这一点上，你能够充分感觉到我们对贵俱乐部的尊重与友好。
最后，我们CICC作为一家新成立的CFA俱乐部表示，我们一直以来都是抱着能与国内外各兄弟俱乐部良好合作的愿望，希望能够为促进CFA的普及与发展各尽自己的一份绵薄之力。同时，我也代表CICC全体衷心地祝愿CCF在10月的猫展能够获得圆满成功。

四、2006年9月14日在CICC第一届猫展开幕前2天，CCF会长再次发来邮件，内容如下：
CCF通知您:
CCF将不给您提供服务,包括比赛,血统跟踪,注册等.
原因如下:
1.2005年3月CCF举办第二届猫展的时候，由于您对CFA比赛规则的不清楚而产生不满情绪，提前退场并且第二天根本不来参加比赛，
我们第二天电话提醒过您,您还是执意不来,并赛后在网上贬损裁判G.和贬低CCF组织的猫展.
2.在2006年1月的CCF第四届猫展的时候，您又提前退场，并且还鼓动其他猫主退场，导致TOP 10当中的得奖猫主失去了领奖的机会.
我们认为这些已经严重伤害到比赛的正常进行和CFA的形象,故决定CCF将不给您提供任何服务.

五、CFA国际区总监D.N.先生发邮件给CCF全体官员，要求CCF接受我的参展报名
Mrs. Y and other members of CCF,
Jason Xu has written to me that you have refused or are in the process of refusing to accept his entry in your upcoming show.
I must warn you that if you refuse his entry you will be in violation of the CFA rules. Mr. G.E. has stated to the delegation at the June meeting of the CFA Board meeting that clubs do not penalize individual breeders/exhibitors. That is the power held by the CFA Board of Directors.
It would be my hope that the clubs in the Asia arena would try to find common ground and support each other's shows. CFA is just emerging there and we need cooperation and not fighting between the member clubs. I understand that you are upset the CICC held their show several weeks prior to your scheduled show, however we contend with this on a weekly basis here in the United States.
Please accept Mr Xu's entry and I will clear this up a the upcoming Board meeting and send a report to the International Division clubs after the meeting to be held the 1st weekend in October.
We all have the same objective and that is to advance CFA of our registered pedigreed cats. Let us all please focus on this objective and put our personal differences aside.

Thanks for your reply.
The reason why we want to refuse Jason Xu's entry has nothing to do with CICC cat show. Here we'd like to state it more specificly:
1) About the fact that Jason abuse Judge G. in March, 2005, many Beijing exhibitors know it clearly: When Jason won a Best Shorthair from G., we don't have a right rose in hand due to printing mistake. So G. signed a "Best Longhair" rose and give it to him for photography. Before G. had time to explain that CCF will give him a right rose later, Jason jumped up and question G. in face. The translator dared not to translate all his words to G., but the other Chinese around feel pretty upset about this. After calling him to explain the whole thing, he still didn't show up on the next day, without any application; and, he still abuse the judge and our cat show on internet. Dozens of people knows about it, and you can ask Jason for confirmation.
2) On January 2006 CCF cat show, Jason left the show hall early without any application and asked other exhibitors to leave with him, which made a new CFA exhibitor lost his Top 5. We have provement for that, and you can also ask Jason for confirmation.
We decided to refuse Jason's entry to maintain reputation and intergrity of CFA - abusing a judge and leaving early are not only some matter of moral standing but also attainting the reputation and sport spirit of CFA.
We have been promoting CFA hardly in China for 4 years, hosting 4 cat shows and educating breeders to follow CFA regulation. Now we need all your support to refuse someone that offensed CFA show rules seriously and repeatly, but come back with some reply that CCF might be suspended for that motivation. It is something hard to accept, both logically and emotionally. Do we really have to give up principle and justice just because it might looks like a fighting between 2 clubs? As for the jurisdictional problem, thank you for your guidance, we respect the CFA rules and will submit our application on this issue to CFA Board of Directors for judgement soon.. Before their decision, we can't tell anything by now.

As for an other business, you said that CICC cat show has no influence to CCF cat show. We have different opinion, and we have provement for that:
a) Their sponsor, which is also our stable exclusive sponsor, told us clearly that because of CICC cat show, they might not have enough fund for us to maintain this show.
b) CICC made confusion to many exhibitors, people thought that CCF has changed show time and show hall. We had to increase advertizing fee to make people know that these are two different cat shows to enter.
c) Eventhough, many non-CFA exibitors that do not need grand points expressed clearly that they have entered CICC cat show by mistake, they don't have budget or energy for CCF cat show. Now we suffered a very unsatisfying entry number.
We stated these truth here, and we can prove that. If you don't think CICC's cat show would have any influence to CCF, please tell us why Jason asked you not to tell anybody that CICC cat show had changed to September from December. Did he predict that CCF would refuse his entry and did he try to make a revenge?

The following are my explanation about what Mrs. Y. mentioned two points in her last e-mail:

On Mar. 19th 2005, The 2nd CFA cat show of CCF, one brown tabby ASH of mine, a Champion female, got BEST SH Champion in G.'s ring. But G. gave me a Best LH Champion rosette, I showed that rosette to G. when he gave me and asked him "Longhair?" But G. didn't answer me. Then I took my cat and rosette to our banching cages area. I promised there is no any remark in that rosette, just a BEST LH CHAMPION rosette, I didn’t jump up and question Mr. G. in face.
After about half a month or more, CCF told me that they didn’t prepare enough rosettes thus they replaced BEST LH CHAMPION with BEST SH CHAMPION rosette. That's all.
And in that "showhall", there were a lot of noise everywhere, we felt our cats were not happy in there, thus, on the 2nd day (Mar. 20th, 2005), we didn't go to showhall, we thought we were just only absent actually.
2) On January 2006 CCF cat show, Jason left the show hall early without any application and asked other exhibitors to leave with him, which made a new CFA exhibitor lost his Top 5. We have provement for that, and you can also ask Jason for confirmation.
I didn't leave CCF's showhall early with anyone, my cats made final in Mr. W.T.'s ring. Advisor of CCF, T.C. took this picture for me, because battery of my camera was empty.
All of above are my explanation for two points what Mrs. Y. mentioned in her e-mail. I have another point want to mention, between March 2005 and January 2006, CCF hold a their 3rd CFA cat show also, Mr. B.Z. and Mr. W.H. were judges at that time. Why they didn't mention about that cat show? And, Mr. M.G.(vice president of CCF) asked me taking them visiting my cattery and other places on October 6th, 2005. Thus Mr. B.Z. and Mr. W.H. visited my small cattery, that was my pleasure forever!
Additional:
After CICC was approved at the June Board Meeting and announced CICC's first cat show, CCF had done many things to obstruct CICC's first cat show. We have some proofs. At first, I believed CCF is same member club of CFA, so we can cooperate each other club to the future of CFA in China. However I feel that CCF want to be only one CFA club in the mainland of China.
A small example, Mrs. W.(Chinese name is wsy), secretary of CCF at first, owner of xxxxxxx cattery, a famous Persian/Exotic breeder in the mainland China, as I known, she was founder of CCF. But she was kicked out of CCF just because she was advisor of another cat club in Beijing, that club name is China Purepet Club.

It's so easy to prove that, I gave you some pictures
On the 1st day, my silver tabby boy got Best Cat in Wayne's ring, I took photo for Linda and W.T.:
On the 2nd day, after W.T. finished all cats judging in his ring, he presented BEST SH IN SHOW, a very big rosette to my silver tabby, I know you remembered that silver tabby, he is the 15th Best Championship of ID Division Winners, he collected his e-points through CCF's October 2005 show, SCLC's November 2005 show and CCF's January 2006 show:
In the 3rd picture, you could also see a few face of Mrs. C.W. in the bottom of picture, Secretary of CCF, she was translator for Mr. W.T. at that time. The 4th picture was taken by Mr. T.C., advisor of CCF, also Master Clerk of that cat show.
And you could see difference of W.T.'s skirts and tie in two pictures. (Linda changed clothes in two days too). That's best proof to prove that Linda and I and all of my cats stayed in showhall after all awards presented.

写到这里，相信身在圈中的人已经知道事情原委了，这其间，更有一些令人作呕的小事项，也不想多说了，到底是谁无理？到底是谁在与谁过不去？
作为一家新成立的俱乐部，我们就像一个初生的婴儿，只有挨巨人的欺负，怎么可能反过来去欺负巨人？我们在做协会之初，万没有想到，仅仅是为了多一些猫展，仅仅是希望所有的CFA猫咪能多一个舞台展示的机会，却招来如此的攻击，最后竟然波及到我个人的猫舍乃至我个人！这一切，CICC全体成员一直都不愿意多说，我们认为，对于整个CFA来说，这只是中国大陆的两家猫会的事，远了不说，近的有香港、马来、泰国等等同在CFA大家庭里的国家与地区，家丑不可外扬。但偏偏事与愿违，其实我也早知道，那些国家与地区的人早就知道内地这两家俱乐部的不和，但我相信他们并不完全清楚这真正的原因在哪里？更有人不断的以我因为自己开了猫会就不支持别家猫会的猫展来反诬陷我们，既然如此，不妨打开天窗说亮话，我们没什么见不得人的，说出来，反而痛快！
